We're operators, not vendors
We don't install software and disappear. We stay on as the team responsible for the result — monthly reviews, real-time monitoring, continuous adjustments. Our retention is our quality control.
EverRiseLab exists because we watched too many great contractors lose great jobs to slow response times — and saw nobody building the system that actually fixes it.
Why this exists
Every contractor we talked to had the same complaint: "I'm spending thousands on marketing and the phone barely rings on the jobs I want." When we dug into their actual numbers, the phone WAS ringing. They were getting leads. The leads were just dying in voicemail, after-hours inboxes, and follow-up gaps nobody had time to close.
Their marketing wasn't broken. Their response system was. And the agencies they hired were happy to sell them more ads, more SEO, more funnels — but never the unglamorous operational layer that actually turns leads into booked jobs.
So we built it. The Missed Revenue Recovery System exists for one reason: to stop the bleeding nobody else was willing to fix.
“The leak is always bigger than the rest of the business combined. Nobody wants to do that math. We do.”
What we built different
Four things we do that the typical AI/automation agency doesn't — by design, not by accident:
We don't install software and disappear. We stay on as the team responsible for the result — monthly reviews, real-time monitoring, continuous adjustments. Our retention is our quality control.
Missed lead recovery for home contractors. That's it. We're not a general AI agency that also does this. Every component of MRRS was built specifically for HVAC, plumbing, and roofing operations.
Fixed setup + fixed monthly. No retainer creep, no "hours billed" surprises, no scope games. You know exactly what you pay and exactly what you get. We win on results, not on bills.
If your business is outside our specialty, we tell you on the audit call. If we don't think we can deliver, we don't take the contract. The pipeline of contractors we've turned down is bigger than the one we've signed.
Who's behind this
Founder, EverRiseLab
Annier Mendoza spent three years inside the contractor world — one as a subcontractor, two in residential interior remodeling — before building EverRiseLab. He saw the same pattern in every small operation: the phone rings while you're on the ladder, and by the time you call back the lead has already signed with someone faster.
Three years ago I was the contractor losing leads. One year as a subcontractor, two more in residential interior remodeling. Most days I was on a job site at 10 AM with paint on my hands when my phone rang — and by 7 PM, when I finally called back, the lead had already signed with someone who picked up faster. What I learned wasn't that I needed to work harder; I was already doing twelve-hour days. The problem was structural. Small contractors can't be in two places: on the job and in the office. Without a system, operational work eats everything — sales, follow-up, even just answering the phone becomes the thing you do at midnight, if you do it at all. I built EverRiseLab to solve the part of the problem I couldn't solve from inside the job: how do you stay on the tools and still answer every lead in under three minutes? The answer isn't more hustle — it's a system that handles the office work while you finish the install. Before EverRiseLab I also ran an online business selling appliance parts, where I learned how technology multiplies a small team's reach without adding payroll. Bringing those two worlds together — real contractor problems and modern automation — is what EverRiseLab is built on.

What we believe
These aren't marketing taglines. They're the working principles every engagement runs on. If any of these don't match your worldview, we're not a fit — and that's fine.
You can fix bad ads, bad SEO, bad sales scripts. You can't fix a lead that already booked someone else 30 seconds ago. Speed-to-lead is the highest ROI work in the business.
Consultants tell you what to do. Operators do it and stand by the result. We don't write recommendations — we run the system and own the number on the dashboard.
A generalist who does "AI for any business" can't outperform a system designed for one. We chose home contractors on purpose. We get good at one game, not okay at every game.
Most agencies hide pricing, hide scope, hide what they won't do. We publish all three. The contractors we want as clients respect the honesty — the rest self-select out, which saves everyone time.
Who we work with
We specialize in home contractors where the lead trigger is urgent and the response window is measured in minutes:
Heating, AC, indoor air quality — service and install.
Service, install, drain, leak repair — emergency and scheduled.
Repair, replacement, storm response — residential and small commercial.
We work with single-location operators and multi-location chains across the United States. Bilingual operations — your team and your customers get supported in English or Spanish.
Radical transparency
The clearest way to tell you who we are is to tell you what we're not. We'd rather lose your interest now than disappoint you later.
We don't do general AI consulting
If you want an agency to "help you with AI strategy" across your whole business, that's not us. We do one specific system for one specific industry.
We don't run your ads or marketing
Lead generation is your marketing team's job. We make sure every lead you generate actually converts. We integrate with your existing marketing stack — we don't replace it.
We don't take on long-cycle project work
Remodeling, commercial construction, custom homes — these have different sales cycles and our system isn't built for them. We refer them out to better-fit specialists.
We don't take on more than 3 clients per month
Founder-led delivery has a real capacity ceiling. If our slots are full, we put you on next month's calendar rather than dilute quality. No fake urgency — actual operational integrity.
20 minutes. We map the leaks in your lead flow and tell you exactly what a recovery system would change for you specifically. No deck, no pitch — just the numbers. If we can't help, we tell you and refer you elsewhere.
No commitment. No spam. Real numbers, real conversation.
